“A Girl Is a Half-Formed Thing” is a play adapted from Eimear McBride’s novel of the same name, exploring the inner life of a young woman through a monologue from birth to the age of twenty. The play depicts a character’s journey through childhood hardships, including illness, religious bigotry, abuse, and the complexities of love and grief, all within a chaotic and claustrophobic narrative style.
